You have your product or service figured out and now you want to find out how to defend your target market.  What are some tools to find your market.  Well let’s see.  You can look at data tracking and Google has several placed you can go that will help you track the data that you need to find out about your site, keywords and other things for your key market.  One place you can go to is Google.  Google has 3 must have tracking tools that any marketer can use.  There’s Google Trends, this is where you can go to find what is trending and key world searches also you can type in keywords that is reverent to your business and hit search to find out what are some terms that you can use.   Google Analytics, this is something to use to find out how people engage in your website.  It also shows the behaviors of the visitors to your site.  Another way to track is market research websites like American Fact Finder.  This site was created by the US census bureau to find data access from any specific city like age, ethnicity, education, income and more.  Another site you can tray is the Pew Research Center.  If you are looking for very specific information like social and demographic trends then this is the site for you and you can also look up global attitudes to certain trends.   All the tools that I stated are great to look at especially when you are marketing for a new product or service and you need to know about the segment that you are marketing to so sitting down and doing some research will help you get your voice heard by the right people.
